The Siem Reap Hostel
Yesterday we came to our hostel, and Oh my Goodness, it is AMAZING! There's a pool and a bar (where I can get my blue Hawaiians, fruit tingles, cosmopolitans and even some angkor beer). They play a movie every night at 5:30 and yesterday night the movie was the killing fields which we had all wanted to see. Tonight it's sex and the city, which I am going to watch from the pool, drinking my cocktails. Today we went shopping at the market, and I LOVE IT THERE!!! I bought a dress, five pairs of pants, two pairs of sunglasses, two silk scarves, a silk bathrobe and a few other things. It was great. Our room has six beds, well, three bunk beds and a throne toilet, and even a western style shower! With hot water! I'm not looking forward to the seven hour bus trip tomorrow, but I am looking forward to wherever it is we're going. I think it's the capital, but I'm not sure. I'm counting down the days until we see you in Nepal, Heidi!!! <3*
